WrightRecord is an internal tool that helps Wright State University psychiatry residents track clinical requirements, didactics attendance, and duty-hours reporting. This policy describes what information the app collects and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Roster information: your name, program email address, and training year, provided by your program.
- Optional contact details you add yourself, such as a mobile phone number.
- App activity needed for the app's function: requirement due dates and uploads, attendance check-ins, and duty-hours confirmations.
How we use it
Your information is used only to operate WrightRecord: sending you reminders you have enabled, recording attendance and duty hours, and giving program administrators the reports the residency requires. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging
Text messages are sent only to residents who have opted in. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with our SMS delivery provider solely to deliver the messages you requested. See the SMS Terms for details, including how to opt out.
Sharing
Information is visible to program administrators as needed for residency administration, and processed by the service providers that host the app and deliver email and text messages, only for those purposes.
Your choices
You can remove your phone number or withdraw text-message consent at any time from Settings, or by replying STOP to any text. For questions or data requests, contact andrew.correll@wright.edu.
